General Informations
When sailing from France to Netherlands, I would advice to sail from Nieuport to Breskens (more fine than Vlissingen). About a day of navigation.
Then one may cross toward Vlissingen and sail in the canal to Veere and the lake of Veere (very crowdy in Summer) or sail further along the coast to Oosterschelde to enter through the lock of Roompot (it is a more "precise" navigation because through sand banks but it is well marked and is to be done at High Tide).
Once in the inner waterq, Veerse meer or Oosterschelde, one will find harbours about every 5 milles and pontoons sometimes free of charge where one can overnight. A real paradise...
Briefly, the "difficult" part is the North Sea.
Marées
The website www.getij.nl gives tides tables for Nederlands.
Charts
The website www.hydro.nl published the best charts for Nederlands. Those charts are available by most of the shipshandlers there.
Harbours of interest:
Breskens: beautiful boats (it is where the legendary Standfast are built).
Veere: nice small town of another age.
Wolphaartsdijk: the Royal Yacht Club of Belgium
The OOsterschelde is less welcoming but less crowdy.
Roompot harbour
Many pontoons on the banks of Grevelingen. The Grevelingen is extra, and I recommend the pontoon at Stamperplaat (but come early) or to anchor.
The harbour of Brouwershaven is quite nice, as the one of Scharendijke. But I don’t like Port Zeeland (the Neterlander Port Grimaud) but there is all for leisure (swimming pool, restaurants, etc...).
